Durrat Al BahrainBAHRAIN

Durrat Al Bahrain, a prestigious multi million dollar project, nestled amidst the azure waters of the Arabian Sea. Durrat MarinaBAHRAIN

Set in a separate magnificent lagoon, the 1.3US$ billion marina is destined to become the first mixed use marina development of its kind and size in the Middle East providing berthing space for some 400 boats and yachts. Designed complete with residential and commercial spaces, recreational facilities, restaurants and cafes lining its winding paths and waterways. A sizeable 700,000m2 marinas has been planned across three islands, which is being created by a joint venture between Durrat Khaleej Al Bahrain and Tameer, one of GCC region’s leading developers.

Designed to offer its residents and guests, all the convenience of easy access to a bustling cosmopolitan city complimented with the tranquility of a tropical island getaway.

AramcoSaudi Arabia

A Saudi Arabian national petroleum and natural gas company headquartered and based in Dhahran, its value has been estimated at anywhere between US$1.25 trillion and US$10 trillion, making it the world’s most valuable and largest oil and gas company. At more than 260 billion barrels and the largest daily oil production, Saudi Aramco has both the world’s largest proven crude oil reserves. It owns, operates and develops all energy resources based in Saudi Arabia.

Salwa ResortQATAR

Designed to become one of the largest resorts and residential projects aimed to be constructed on 257 acres of land in the Middle East, Salwa Beach Resort & Villas will include a water park, marina, dive center, cinemas, pools, health club, spa and a considerable retail space. In addition to the rooms and suites in the main hotel, the resort will also include two small “villages” of family villas.

The Base-Coast GuardQATAR

The Coast Guard Base project is located along the Qatari Eastern coastline South of Sumaysimah comprising a water basin with an area of approximately 300m x 800m 24ha. The aim is to develop a fully functional maritime base for the Qatari Coast Guard at Sumaysimah, comprising marine facilities with a provision for 151 fully serviced berths. The development of this facility will aid the protection of the coastal area and improve the response time of action by the Coast Guard during emergencies.

Prince Khalifa ParkBAHRAIN

Opened in 2012, the whole park which sits at the side of the Hidd Bridge, is fully lit up in the evenings and though the walkway inside is only around 300m, there’s a long stretch leading up to the park along the side of the bridge. A great place for kids with a play area with rubberized safety flooring, a cycle track, food kiosks and a small paddle boating lake and the observation tower offers a panoramic view of the sea on one side and the surrounding neighbourhoods on the other.

The PearlQATAR

An artificial island in Doha, Qatar, spanning nearly four million square metres is located 350 metres offshore of Doha’s West Bay Lagoon area. The project, now believed will cost $15 billion upon completion. It is the first land in Qatar to be available for freehold ownership by foreign nationals. Developed by United Development Company and planned by architecture and design firm Callison. Once fully completed, The Pearl will create over 32 kilometres of new coastline, for use as a residential estate with an expected 18,831 dwellings and 45,000 residents by 2018.

US Navy - BahrainBAHRAIN

NSA Bahrain is situated in the Kingdom of Bahrain and is home to U.S. Naval Forces Central Command (CENTCOM) and U.S. 5th Fleet. NSA Bahrain provides Operational Support to U.S. and Coalition Forces operating throughout the CENTCOM area of responsibility, ensuring security to ships, aircraft, detachments, and remote sites. Operating and maintaining superior facilities and services for tenant commands, their deployed assets, service members, DoD civilians and dependents.


The Aramco Reef Deployment programme around the coastal regions of the Gulf has been established to promote the environment and marine life and and has been hugely successful.The Eden Reef Block implemented has been specially designed to address a multitude of marine applications. The unique interlocking design of the Reef blocks ensure hassle free assembling and quick and easy deployment. The Eden Reef Block structure plays a key element in the successful reef restoration and
achieving beneficial ecological results by enhancing and restoring degraded coastal habitats.

Ras Al Barr ResortBAHRAIN

Built on a 110,000m2 site, which includes 44,000m2 of reclaimed land, to the south of the Durrat al Bahrain resort, close to Ras Al Barr. The resort is a part of the development which will be completed over two phases. Spread over several islands housing themed hotels, souqs, residential units, schools, parklands, public waterfront and sports facilities. Phase one will have three islands containing an open, gated development with smaller residential communities, waterfront apartment blocks, the souk, a yacht club, four hotels, schools, a commercial area, mosque and a beach area. The second phase will contain some bigger residential schemes spread over 14 different islands.
